Award winning writer Tony Grisoni, known for such films as The Unloved, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The Red Riding Trilogy will talk through one of his acclaimed projects with a special guest, explaining the complex journey of writing for screen and transporting a project from paper to filmed drama. Discussion followed by Q&A.

Tony Grisoni - Biography

Tony Grisoni worked in many different areas of film making before turning to screenwriting.  QUEEN OF HEARTS, 1989 was his award winning first feature directed by Jon Amiel. Since then he has worked closely with a number of directors including Terry Gilliam FEAR & LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS, Michael Winterbottom IN THIS WORLD, Rankin THE LIVES OF THE SAINTS, Samantha Morton THE UNLOVED, and Julian Jarrold RED RIDING: IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD 1974, (part of a trilogy in which Grisoni wrote all 3 screenplays, adapted from the novels by David Pearce).

Will You Marry Me?Synopsis
Dillon has entered a radio competition to win a trip to Thailand for him and 5 friends. All he has to do is convince his unwitting ex-girlfriend Daphne (who is tired of their long on-off relationship) to accept his On-Air marriage proposal. But with a history of showing an inability to commit, will Dillon be able to win over Daphne in order to win the grand prize?
