BAFTA presents: Raindance Live!Ammunition!

Have you got a great idea for a movie?

This is your chance to pitch your idea directly to a panel of top film executives. These are the people who matter. They are the people who buy scripts – they are the people who decide what will be made and what won’t.

Live!Ammunition! is one of the Raindance’s most popular events and has a strong record of projects being picked up on the night, such as Meet the Parents (1994), 51st State (1995), Siamese Cop (1996), and White Bhaji (2001).

To pitch, drop £5 in the hat. You will have up to two minutes to convince the panel to read your script.

At the end, the panel confers and choses the best pitch of the night.

The winner takes home all the money.

Previus panelists have included some of the biggest names in the British film industry.

Live!Ammo guests so far are:

Rhodri Thomas, VP Production & Development, The Weinstein Co
Janet Brown - COO for Cinetic Rights Management
Elizabeth Karlsen - producer The Crying Game, Little Voice, How To Lose Friends & Alienate People, & co-founder Number 9 Films
Damian Jones, producer of Welcome To Sarajevo, Kidulthood and The History Boys has agreed to be on the panel.

The fun will continue with a networking party.

Live!Ammo winners are:

Rosa Russo for Schoolday
Oliver Purches for Robo Partners
Scott Parker for Birdsville, Austraila
