Following a screening of the shortlist for the inaugural Tiscali Short Film Award to recognise the best debut UK short under ten minutes, Tiscali will host a discussion panel on internet distribution, recognised by many as playing a hugely significant role in the future direction for the film industry. Topics covered will include rights protection, online marketing techniques, commercial agreements and objectives, and also consumer experience. Tiscali will also be announcing an exciting new competition for budding filmmakers.
