FOURTEENTH RAINDANCE FILM FESTIVAL

LIVE! AMMUNITION! AND PARTY

TUESDAY 3RD OCTOBER AT 7.30PM/ SUGAR REEF, 42-44 GREAT WINDMILL STREET, W1

Have you got an idea for a movie? This is your chance to pitch your idea directly to a panel of top film executives. These are the people who matter. They are the people who buy your scripts-they are the people who decide what will be made and what won't.

Live! Ammunition! is one of Raindance Film Festival’s most popular events and has a strong record of projects being picked up on the night, including “Meet The Parents” (1994), “51 st State” (1995), “Siamese Cop” (1996) and Peter Hodges' “White Bhaji”, that was sold to Civilian Content for a high six figure sum.

To pitch, drop £5 in the hat. The winner takes home all the money. The fun will continue with a networking party from 9.30pm.

Television and film professionals invited to Live! Ammunition!'s are:

Phil Alberstat- Agent at William Morris (L.A) and executive producer of “Hooligans”, “Gobshite” , “The Incredible Mrs.
Ritchie”, “Bad Faith”, “Cold Blooded” and “Crimetime.” He is also author of “The Independent Producer’s Guide To Film And TV Contracts”.

Will Aslett- Director and producer of a series of documentaries for the BBC including "Journey to the Bottom of the Sea", “The
Royal Court of Thailand” and Mac Intyre’s 2002 series “Wild Weather”. He's now a series producer at Impossible Pictures.

Emmanuel Oberg- Senior executive at UK Film Council's Development Fund and director of “Double Jeu” (“Double Game”).

Sally Whitehill- Artist agent at Curtis Brown, representative for film, theatre, television directors, screenwriters and playwrights.

Ed Blum- Winner of the 2004 Live! Ammunition! Pitch and director and producer of feature film “Scenes Of A Sexual Nature”, premiering at the Raindance Film Festival on 8th October.

Barry Hanson-  Producer of classic British gangster movie ‘Long Good Friday’ and co-producer of horror film ‘Creep’. He has been a consultant at Dan Films for the past two years and has lectured frequently on project pitching and producing.

To confirm your presence, please send an e-mail to
festival@raindance.co.uk, subject: Live! Ammunition! until Tuesday 3rd , 5 PM.
