We are pleased to welcome back for the third year Hdfest, a travelling festival specialising in the HD phenomenon. On Monday they will present a shorts programme and two feature films shot and projected on HD as well as host a panel discussion about special effects.

This panel discussion will focus on the latest developments in special and visual effects and how these advancements might assist the independent filmmaker. Advice for both the seasoned vet and those new to special and visual effects will be discussed, as well as tips for the indie filmmaker bold enough to attempt to incorporate effects on an indie budget.
